I will be turning 19 on the 20th of June, and I will be needing a Dependant Student Status Form compleeted for my continued coverage under my parent’s plan.

I am with United Insurance and they sent me a letter stating my discontinuance on the 30th of June.

My situation, however, makes this difficult;

Due to medical reasons, I was unable to attend high school junior year through senior year (Coma), and I am now needed to complete my Junior + Senior years of High School. I have decided that because I do not want to be that far behind (Graduating in 2013), I am going to go ahead and get a G.E.D. and go to college for 2 years and then follow up with a 4year college and then med-school (I plan to be a dr.).

Anyway, the problem here is that I will not be enrolling into a college until I complete the G.E.D. and I am planning to take that this summer (I am in prep classes now). I do not know how to keep my health insurance in good standing while I try to complete my G.E.D. and get into college.
